Who operates this website
WebsitesDesign.ca is operated by Flor Tel Inc. Contact flor@flor.tel about this notice, your information or a privacy request.
Project enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we use the contact details, business information, city, service interest, website address and project message you provide to assess and respond to your request. The enquiry is routed into Flor’s lead system and may generate a notification to the team.
The form asks for permission to contact you about that enquiry. It does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Flor chat and draft planning
Flor is an AI assistant. Messages are processed by the site’s AI service to answer questions and retain short conversation context. Avoid sharing confidential information. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect; project terms are confirmed by a person.
Chatting does not itself submit a project enquiry. If you choose to prepare an enquiry from the conversation, review the notes and contact details before sending. The project planner keeps a draft in browser storage, and the download button creates a local text file.
Service operation and records
The website uses request information to validate submissions, limit abuse, handle duplicates and maintain delivery status. Temporary chat context is kept for a limited session period. Enquiry records are retained in the business lead system for follow-up and operational needs. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow optional analytics on this website. It measures page views and selected actions such as opening chat, starting a form and confirmed enquiry submission. Our event implementation uses clean page addresses, the referring website’s origin and an allowlist of broad campaign sources and channels. It excludes other URL parameters, contact details, message text and enquiry references.
You can change your choice with Cookie choices in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future collection by this site and removes accessible Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already sent to Google. Forms and chat remain available if you decline analytics.
Images and service providers
Selected photographs load from Unsplash, which receives the network request needed to display the image. Hosting, AI, email-delivery and lead-system providers process information needed for their respective services. These services may process information outside your province or country.
Links to external websites have their own policies. Our image credits identify the stock photography used for editorial context and illustrative design concepts.
Your choices and questions
Provide only the information needed for your request. Contact flor@flor.tel to ask about access, correction, deletion or the handling of your information. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
